1. (Bug) 1.7 patch caused random slow sprint - in Technical Support/Bugs [original thread]
From what I have found is that when I am Repairing a Heavy suit (may not be that specifically) I find that if I am sprinting afterwards I am actually running slower, so it may be an issue with the Rep tool.

Scanners are working as intended, otherwise I think they would have made the scan duration much shorter and the recharge delays much longer in order to encourage using it in a solo direction.
